Free accommodation for the production line personel of the Tripolis plant at company owned apartements,

Equal job opportunities irrespective of religion, nationality or origin,

Job positions in remote and socially sensitive areas of the country (Thrace, Evros, Samos),

Internships for students of technological institutes and higher schools at currently operating wind farms and at the Company’s headquarters,

Organization of visits from primary educational institutes of the country for education of students in wind energy issues,

Organization of day visits from mountain and outdoor activity clubs as well as ecological organizations (Athens Mountain Club, Chalkida Mountain Club, Greenpeace, Ecological Federation of Greece, Environmental Protection Association of South Karistia, etc) to operating wind farms,

Continuous training and development programmes for its staff which will secure them job positions at their place of origin,

Continuous research and development of new technologies for further usage of Renewable Energy Sources in order to reduce environmental pollution,

Infrastructure works in communities, villages and inaccessible areas near wind farms (road openings, paving of squares, buildings’ maintenance),

Annual financial aid to schools, associations, sports clubs and religious institutions in areas where the wind parks are installed,

Money donations and donations in kind for municipalities, communities, schools, cultural associations and State Organizations.
